Laura Carr Milligan has a passion for children and sharing her love of creativity with all. She grew up in North Canton, but now calls Canton her home. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Music Degree in Voice Performance.
In 2000, Laura became a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, “one of the best decisions I have ever made”. She has been named to Stampin’ Up’s Founder’s Circle (Top 100 Demonstrators) six times and appointed to Stampin’ Up!’s North American Events Council. She has been an On Stage presenter at both national and regional training events. Through her business, she has organized and supported fundraisers for local charities, including Johnny Cares and Pathway Caring for Children. She shares her love of papercrafting by teaching classes in her studio, The Bee Spot.
Laura is married to Rich Milligan, and they have four daughters. Her favorite and most treasured job is that of “mom!” Over the years, she has volunteered in many different committees and classrooms in Canton City Schools. Most recently, her volunteer efforts focusing on the McKinley High School Choir/Drama department; chairing their marketing, fundraiser and publicity efforts.
Laura is a huge advocate of Canton City Schools and loves all kids. She also enjoys gardening, cooking and all things vintage. She is honored to be a part of the Whole Latte Love Café board.
