people with a disability account for about 13% of the population in 2023. Only 22.5% of people with a disability were employed–and that’s the highest recorded ratio since it was first collected in 2008.

Our vision is to provide a direct vocational pathway to community employment for people with disabilities before high school graduation takes place.
