Why did you choose to serve on the WLLC board?
As a lifelong educator (50+ years), I have been a strong advocate for all students ensuring that they realize and achieve their potential. I’m drawn to the mission and vision of both the WLLC and Whole CommUNITY Academy and believe that board membership will give me the opportunity to continue that advocacy.
What do you bring to the table?
My years as a P-12 educator (both general education and intervention specialist) and higher education faculty (instructing teacher candidates) have given me extensive experience with implementing/modifying curricula and supporting IEP goals/ accommodations. I feel these skill sets can be an asset to the Whole CommUNITY Academy.
